The ideal candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face in a friendly, timely, accurate and efficient manner.
The customer support department is the face of the company and the aim is to ensure excellent service standards are provided and high customer satisfaction is maintained. Our team members act as brand ambassadors being responsible for our reputation and building long term relationships with our customers.
